Christine Sullivan Web Resolution-1

My four siblings and I are blessed because our parents gave us an amazing gift in childhood. This gift is not tangible, nor is it some kind of rare talent that they have passed on.

Since childhood they have modeled and exemplified empathy to us. This gift has set us up for a lifetime of joy, adventure, and personal fulfillment.  I want to share the lessons learned with you so that you can pass them on to your children.

More about the author: Christine

I have a M.Ed. in school counseling, and have been working in the public school system for the past twelve years.  I am a member of the New Jersey School Counselor Association.  I have worked with children from K-12, in urban, suburban, and rural settings. I am also the mother of two young children.

I truly believe that young children can learn how to understand the feelings of others and act on those feelings.  It’s my personal mission to teach my children to put their Christian faith in action by meeting the needs of those around them.
